A guest complaint like “the TV in the room isn’t working” can ruin the first impression…
…and when you’re fully booked, there’s no time for errors. For guests, flawless operation is expected. For us, it’s not enough that the system simply works — it must operate smoothly, predictably, and with a guest-focused approach.
That’s why we created P-Sat Hungary’s flat-rate system monitoring service, designed for hotels, healthcare institutions, conference venues, and other partners operating multi-display systems.

Hotel operations require predictability
Our remote monitoring system allows us to check the operation of your system from afar — even before issues are reported. This means:
- there’s no need to wait for guest complaints
- in many cases, there’s no need to wait for an on-site visit
- most problems can be resolved without physical presence
When you’re fully booked, every minute counts — a well-functioning TV system shouldn’t require attention.
Why is a flat-rate contract beneficial?
Who is it for?
Anyone who doesn’t want to run their TV system on constant fault reports and unpredictable repair costs.
